BEFORE YOU VISIT
The practical bits — appointments, payment, drop-offs.
POLICY
We operate primarily by appointment so every patient gets time and surgical procedures stay on schedule. Emergencies always come first — that's why occasional delays happen, but we work hard to see each client on time.
Drop-off appointments are available: bring your pet at a time that works for you, and the doctor will examine her between appointments. We'll call afterward with diagnosis and discharge instructions.
POLICY
All vaccinations must be up to date — it protects every animal in our care. New people, new smells, and other pets can make even calm animals uneasy, so please keep yours leashed or in a carrier.
All dogs on a leash, all cats in a carrier or on a leash, in waiting areas and exam rooms. It's the safe call for everyone.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash, and personal checks.
